Position Title:Billing Supervisor
Department:Accounting/Finance
Location:Greeley, CO
Reports to:CFO
Principle Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve billing process as required.Implement and monitor key performance indicator tracking.Supervise and coordinate the work of billing specialists responsible for billing of multiple terminals.Develop training program and documentation for new staff as well as existing staff.Establish performance goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.Respond to auditor inquiries.Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.General ledger knowledge.Excellent time management skills.Experience in document processing. Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
