Responsibilities:- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment inquiries- Assist with month-end closing activities- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records- Collaborate with team members to improve Accounts Payable processes

Requirements:- Driven and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in the finance industry- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Creative problem-solving abilities to address complex issues that may arise- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data entry- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
