Accounts Payable

Job Description:

ADP is seeking a passionate and independent Accounts Payable specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Process invoices and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Assist with month-end closing procedures- Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices and payments- Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Excellent communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred, but not required

Personality Traits:- Passionate about the accounting field and eager to learn- Independent worker who can take initiative and problem solve
