Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Specialist to join our team at Dillard's. As a Work From Home Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the San Diego, California area. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely updates to account information.2. Assist clients with account inquiries, resolve any issues, and provide necessary support.3. Work closely with sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for account management.4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.6. Provide feedback and recommendations for product and service enhancements based on customer interactions.
