Job Description:
Liberty Interactive is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and resilient, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:1. Provide high-quality support to key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.2. Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.3. Assist in the development of account plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.4. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.5. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.6. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in account support or a related field.2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
