Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Zoom is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time remote position suitable for individuals at a mid-to-senior level with at least 8 years of experience in account management.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for account growth and retention- Conduct regular account reviews and provide insights and recommendations to clients- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of Zoom products and services- Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of Zoom technologies- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients on Zoom products and services- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 8+ years of experience in account management or a related field- Confident and adaptable personality traits- Strong presentation and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
