Alorica is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Account Support Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be confident in their abilities and have a strong background in analysis and research.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with clients and partners- Provide support and guidance to clients on product offerings, services, and solutions- Analyze client needs and recommend customized solutions to meet their requirements- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Conduct regular research on industry trends and competitors to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall account performance and growth

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decisions- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
