Job description:

Cameron International, a leading technology and services provider in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management or related fields.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure timely delivery of products and services- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for growth and address any issues or concerns- Provide product training and support to customers to ensure optimal use of our solutions- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, taking proactive steps to address any issues and maintain positive relationships- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers on product updates, enhancements, and new offerings

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships- Reliable and trustworthy with a high level of integrity- Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
