As an Account Support Manager at Gilead Sciences in Charlotte, North Carolina, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's sales and account management teams. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and identify opportunities for growth- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of products and services to clients- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Gilead Sciences' products and services- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to management- Stay current on industry trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 8+ years of experience in account management or sales support- Driven and reliable with a strong attention to detail- Excellent presentation and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
