• Work with delinquent consumer accounts and special circumstances• Assess customer situations and provide relevant payment plans• Document collection efforts and facilitate delinquent payments• Comply with regulatory laws and identify areas of improvement• Provide customer service support and perform assigned duties
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 3+ years of advanced customer service experience• Collections experience preferred• Financial Institution background preferred• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with computers• Knowledge of loan documents and financial reports preferred
