PREMIUM AUDITOR IMT Insurance is seeking an experienced Premium Auditor to join our Commercial Lines Premium Audit team! This individual would be responsible for managing individual's inventory of audit assignments and completing quality audit reports in a timely fashion. A DAY IN THE LIFE Manage an inventory of audit assignments consisting of voluntary, telephone, virtual and physical service types – with the expectation of providing regular and consistent correspondence to avoid noncompliance.Contact policyholders to obtain status of audit records and explain which records are necessary for the audit.Review audit records and other financial documents to verify proper exposures obtained.Interview policyholder to review their business operations and obtain detailed job descriptions.Assist policyholders and agents in classification and manual rule questions.Take ownership role with dispute resolutions with agents and policyholders.Quality review of completed audit reports from coworkers and vendors.Mentoring of Coordinators and Level I Premium Auditors.Retain and organize internal and external communications for proper documentation.Maintain ongoing business relationships with policyholders and agents to assist with account retention.Audit reports must follow manual rules and stay in compliance with NCCI and state bureaus such as WCRB, MWCIA.Perform responsibilities in accordance with IMT Premium Audit department's Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level expectations.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS A college education and 3-5 years of related experience is needed to perform normal functions.Ability to manage workflow and prioritize responsibilities.Ability to accurately key information for processing and operating complex office computer systems.Comprehensive analytical, math and computer skills required with the ability to be very detail oriented while maintaining accuracy.Ability to effectively communicate with the customer, both verbally and in writing.Consistently provide effective, timely and professional customer service to internal and external customers.Ability to communicate manual rules across all business lines subject to a Premium Audit (ex: NCCI Basic Manual and Scopes, State Manuals, ISO and IMT Commercial Liability manuals).Must maintain a valid driver's license due to required field work.Must possess the ability to work well with others.BENEFITS & PERKS IMT Insurance is committed to our employees and their families.
