Our client is in search of experienced and friendly Customer Service Reps. to join their onsite Call Center Team in Irving, TX.

Onsite Customer Service Representative

Pay:

$19-$20/hr. D.O.E. + Benefits
Location:

ONSITE- Irving, TX 75039
Training:

M-F (Most likely 12pm-9pm)

* Absolutely

no time off during 3 week training*
After Training Schedule:

M-F 1pm-10pm

Job Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls.
Scheduling appointments for vehicle shipment to and from Hawaii.
Will interact with a lot of military families on the calls.
Requirements & Experience:
Must be able to commute to Irving TX daily (No more than 40 mins of facility)
Must have a minimum of 2 years plus of recent call center experience
Must be friendly, speak well, and communicate well via email and on the phone
Must be familiar with Excel
Must be able to multi-task and navigate through screens
Used to an onsite call center environment
