Security Agent Rd Shift

The Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile is hiring a 3rd shift Security Agent. This is a full time role.Responsibilities:The Security Agent will report to the Manager on Duty and will respond and handle guest and security issues. The Security Agent will manage situations according to hotel policies, procedures and regulations to ensure the security of the hotel assets, guests and team members. Duties include but not limited to patrolling the hotel to ensure guests and team members are safe and the hotel is secure, answer in house calls, assist team members and guests as needed. Initiate investigations, write up incident reports, monitor investigations and ensure property follow up and communication. Support transportation and guest services needs as directed by the manager on duty.Qualifications:Diploma or GED, 21 years or olderPrior security experience, ideally in the hospitality or related industryCPR training or certificationProfessional communication skillsAbout Company:Just off Magnificent Mile, our suites are adjacent to the John Hancock Center.
