Job Description:
Commercial Metals is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team remotely from Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our website chat platform. This role requires a resourceful and dedicated individual who exhibits strong critical thinking and research skills.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through the web chat platform to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions- Utilize resources and tools to research and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Resourceful and dedicated personality traits- Strong critical thinking and research skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent
