Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident, have excellent problem-solving skills, and pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups- Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all client needs are met- Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client engagement initiatives- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to improve client relations and retention

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Attention to detail and accuracy- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
