Quality Manager Manufacturing

We are currently looking to fill a Quality Manager position with a Tulsa area manufacturing facility.

First Article Inspection & Management : Oversee and manage the inspection area. This involves supervising a team of inspectors who meticulously review client order specifications and measure completed parts using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. Quality Assurance : Ensure that all parts meet or exceed client specifications. In cases where a part does not meet the required standards, work closely with the inspection team to address and rectify any issues promptly. Program Development : Develop and implement quality control programs and policies to enhance the manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. Requirements:
Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Knowledge of steel processing is a plus. Precision Skills: Ability to convert fractions to decimals and read tape measures to at least the 16ths or 32nds. Strong Leadership: Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of inspectors, ensuring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify and address quality issues effectively. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards.
