Production Manager

Position Overview: The Production Manager Chemical Manufacturing, is responsible for overseeing the production of chemical products in a safe and effective manner. The Production Manager will ensure that the production process meets all safety and environmental regulations and that the finished products meet all quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure production of chemical products meets all safety and quality standards. Oversee production process, including chemical mixing, batch processing, and chemical reaction. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations. Ensure product meets customer specifications and delivery deadlines. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as required. Train and coordinate production personnel. Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing techniques. Analyze production data and optimize processes as needed. Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing in a leadership role. Thorough understanding of toxic chemicals and their properties. Familiarity with handling liquids, gases, solids, mixers, and tanks. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and organizational skills.
