Responsibilities
• Achieves manufacturing results by communicating job expectations to hourly and salary employees.• Plans, monitors, and appraises production results.• Works with all employees using coaching, counseling, discipline, and mediation skills.• Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, and reporting on daily results.• Facilitates corrections to achieve targets.• Assigns personnel to accomplish work results, establishes priorities, monitors progress, resolves problems, evaluates employees, and conducts orientation and training.• Ensures the safety of all employees and enforces compliance with safety rules and policies.• Accountable for compliance with established Quality policies and procedures.• Responsible for PM communication on all equipment and machines.• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.• Competent in ISO/IATF compliance in all activities.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.• Three (3) to five (5) years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.• Production Manager, Supervisor, or lead person experience.• Must be able to multi-task and work in an ever-changing environment.• Strong written and oral communications skills.• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
