Responsibilities:
The Informatica MDM Developer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Informatica MDM solutions to meet the organization's data management needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Informatica MDM architecture, data modeling, and integration methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices. Perform data modeling, data mapping, and data profiling activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data. Configure and customize Informatica MDM Hub components, including data models, match and merge rules, workflows, and user interfaces. Develop and maintain Informatica MDM workflows to automate data governance processes, data quality validations, and data stewardship tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Informatica MDM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications. Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to enhance the scalability and efficiency of Informatica MDM implementations. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, data analysts, and business users on Informatica MDM-related issues and initiatives. Stay current with Informatica MDM product updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in designing, developing, and implementing Informatica MDM solutions. Strong proficiency in Informatica MDM Hub, including Entity 360, Data Stewardship, and Data Quality components. In-depth knowledge of data modeling concepts and methodologies, preferably with experience in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). Experience with Informatica PowerCenter for data integration and ETL processes is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
