Electrical Construction Project Manager/Estimator- New England

A valued client of ours is looking for an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator for commercial and light industrial projects. This is a well-established organization seeking a candidate interested in growing with the company, implementing new procedures, and willing to learn. Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are critical.
Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities :
Determine the scope of work by reviewing bid documents and attending pre-bid meetings
Perform accurate takeoffs and quantify estimates
Obtain quotes as needed from subcontractors and vendors
Determine which vendors and subcontractors to use on the projects
Develop a project schedule for each project
Attend project meetings throughout the job
Establish and maintain working relationships with clients and subcontractors
Safety and quality conscious
Communicate with team members and trade partners
Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with a proven track record
Prior electrical field experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Accubid, Bluebeam, Conest, or McCormick estimating software
High level of organization and planning abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude and is self-motivated
Knowledge of construction practices and methods
