Job Description:

Mondelez International is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.2. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.3. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information about our products and services.4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.6. Utilize decision-making skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions.7. Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences.8. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.9. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.2. 3+ years of experience in a customer support role.3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers.4. Energetic and hardworking personality traits.5. Proficient in decision-making and research skills.6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.9.
