Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Rep in Erie, PA.
As a Customer Service Rep you will; Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals Perform clerical work such as operate office equipment, use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and data entry Provide customer service by conferring with customers to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken This is a full time opportunity.
Pay rate: $16/hr.
