Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Abbott Laboratories is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer care.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively- Identify trends in customer feedback and provide analysis to improve overall customer satisfaction- Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure customer loyalty and retention
