Responsibilities
• Consult with clients to define needs and determine scope of investigation• Conduct studies or surveys to obtain data for solution• Analyze data to determine solutions for claims, client relationships, staffing, and reporting• Communicate and coordinate resolution with impacted departments• Advise clients on alternate methods or recommend specific solutions• Conduct customer satisfaction survey and organize an annual Stewardship Reporting mechanism• Manage retention of accounts, attend Quarterly Review Meetings, and provide accounts at risk report• Determine opportunities for expansion of ancillary services or products• Support sales team efforts
