What are we looking for? ScienceLogic is looking for an ambitious engineer who possesses strong customer facing skills. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for working with both the engineering team and pre-sales field teams to drive rapid deployment, integration and successful adoption of a suite of new AI features. This is a very hands-on role which will involve a mixture of coding, scripting, testing and data wrangling across multiple technologies. You will be an integral part in helping ScienceLogic a leading-edge, AI-first monitoring AIOps platform that will eclipse what other AIOps and observability vendors offer.

Onboarding new customer deployments on-premise with Kubernetes SRE for SaaS Multi-tenant production deployments When required, help SEs with demos/POCs, and help troubleshoot customer infrastructure and application issues that impact Zebrium outcomes. Qualities you possess... Minimum 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles in large scale environments. Experience operating cloud native production services on AWS with Kubernetes Customer engagement and onboarding Expert level Kubernetes ingress, storage, networking configuration, troubleshooting and problem resolution Ability to debug complex configuration/operational issues in Kubernetes. Expert level Helm chart deign, configuration and troubleshooting.
