Responsibilities
• Coordinate all aspects of the Area Youth Benefit organization and other youth-focused initiatives• Formulate and execute marketing and fundraising strategies• Identify and execute strategies to grow donations and meet funding goals• Manage incoming grant requests and ensure compliance with legal requirements• Serve as an ex officio member of the AYBC Board and manage financials• Coordinate events and fundraisers• Create, manage, and edit marketing content• Educate BTC Bank staff about AYBC• Responsible for scholarship program, grants, and Good Citizen awards• Assist Marketing Department in coordinating events and sponsorships
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or related field OR three to five years of nonprofit experience• Strong marketing, public relations, and fundraising experience• Outstanding presentation and communication skills• Demonstrated ability to develop donor relationships• Experience planning and executing successful fundraising events• Proficiency in donor database/CRM reporting and analytics• Proficient in QuickBooks and scholarship application software• Excellent time management and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and meet goals• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team
