Her or his scope of activity within the complete supply chain of the plant is potentially related to internal and externals flows as well as the physical and information flow.The PC&L Intern will be supporting:The proper implementation on time of all the standards and best practices related to supply chain management of the plant, as a project leader, under the PC&L manager priority guidance, for serial life but also for upcoming programs.Update or help implement standards for the plant such as digitalization & automationCreating and distributing documentation & instruction throughout the plantLead or co-lead PC&L improvements and/or projects within the PC&L networkChampion productivity cost saving initiatives within the PC&L scopeQualifications:The ideal candidate will have/be:Interest in operations and/or supply chain managementCurrently enrolled in a college degree programPrior internship or co-op experienceMinimum education level:Pursing a bachelor's degreeSkills and competencies:Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of ManagementStrong communication skills within a teamEntrepreneurial spirit with energy, autonomy and accountabilityLeadership Competencies:Cultivates InnovationDriving PerformanceCustomer FocusDrives ResultsOptimizes Work ProcessesLearning AgilityPolitical SavvyDemonstrates Self-AwarenessCollaborates with OthersInstills Trust
