Responsibilities
• Review order documents and prepare for accurate product pulling• Drive forklift to load/unload trailers• Manually sort and stage material in the yard• Maintain yard stock in a clean and organized manner• Accurately load trucks for outgoing shipments• Receive and put away inbound materials• Complete work orders and receiving documents accurately• Prepare orders and package them for shipment• Rotate yard stock and safely move materials using a forklift• Maintain a clean and safe working environment• Work with team to ensure branch success and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
• 1+ year experience in a warehouse/yard position• Ability to lift/move heavy materials on occasion• Forklift experience (sitdown) highly desired• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions• Must be able to work overtime as needed• Experience with building materials a plus
