Job summary
Provide on-site coordination for all phases of Multi-Family construction projectsEnsure work is proceeding on schedule and within budgetResponsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety

Responsibilities
• Add, coordinate and assist with all moving of tenants and their belongings• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities• Communicate with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team• Maintain daily log of activities on the jobsite• Perform Superintendent duties at multiple jobsites• Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team
Requirements
• Minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience• Thorough knowledge of trades and computer literate• Experience in tract housing and multifamily production preferred• Ability to read and interpret documents• Ability to speak effectively before groups• Ability to calculate figures and amounts• Ability to solve practical problems• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
