Responsibilities: Hotel Reservations: Efficiently handle booking inquiries through phone, email, and our website, providing a fluid reservation process for our clients. Client Relations: Keep detailed records of client preferences and requirements to make their stay as personalized and enjoyable as possible. Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain positive relationships with hotels and other accommodation providers to obtain the best rates and accommodations for our clients. Travel Itinerary Planning: Help in crafting detailed travel itineraries by arranging hotel stays that are in harmony with clients' broader travel plans and desires. Special Requests Handling: Manage special requests for clients, including room upgrades, late checkouts, and organizing for special occasions, to enrich their travel experience. Feedback and Follow-Up: Connect with clients after their travels to gather feedback and address any issues, with the goal of continuously enhancing our service quality. Requirements: High school diploma is required; further education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
