What You'll Be Doing:
Processing and carrying out client website change requests (tickets)
Processing and managing communications for larger tickets that require a Support Developer
Working with our Support Developers to intake, quote, schedule, QA, and complete tickets
Processing incoming questions and requests from our 200+ hosting clients
Assisting other Support Managers and Support Developers as needed
Skill and Experience You'll Need to Have:
Experience working with WordPress, including plugins and themes
Excellent organizational skills, including an ability to prioritize multiple tasks or requests
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Positive energy and enthusiasm
Able to provide customers with excellent service
Work well in a team environment
Work within deadlines and budgets, and perform under pressure
Collaborate, apply critical thinking skills, and communicate effectively

Familiarity with business ops suites and collaboration tools (Gmail, Slack, Asana)
Nice To Haves:
Strong knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS)
Experience with WP Engine hosting platform
Experience with Help Scout
Experience with ManageWP
Working knowledge of DNS and SSL
Freelance experience with customer-facing projects would be fantastic
Compensation & Benefits
