Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer & Social Media Coordinator to become part of our team. This role combines the responsibilities of developing and maintaining WordPress websites for our clients with managing and executing social media strategies to bolster their online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical proficiency, creative flair, and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
WordPress Development:
Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly WordPress websites that align with clients' branding and objectives.
Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and overall efficiency.
Implement best practices for website security and perform regular updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and conduct routine maintenance.
Collaborate with the development team to integrate new technologies and ensure compliance with current web standards.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive website traffic in line with company and client goals.
Craft engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities, making adjustments as necessary.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Create flyers and posts for broad platform distribution based on customer-defined content.
Stay abreast of new social media trends and best practices, incorporating them into strategies to maximize effectiveness.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in WordPress development, supported by a portfolio showcasing previous projects.
Proficient understanding of web technologies.
Experience in social media management, content creation, and analytics platforms.
Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Creative problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.

We are a software company specializing in managing Tribal Governments, offering automation for grants, departments, and services provided to citizens. Our software is utilized by approximately 70 Tribes nationwide, with many located in remote areas. Additionally, we provide hardware services, including network design, construction, management, and support, to several of our clients. Furthermore, we design and manage websites tailored to our customers' needs.
