We are currently seeking Winery Tasting Room Attendants to join us at Glass House Estate Winery in Langley! This is a fixed-term opportunity ending September 30th, 2023, with the opportunity for an extension. Part-time and full-time hours available! Responsibilities of Winery Tasting Room Attendants include: Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of the winery and wines we carry Welcome guests to the establishment with a professional and welcoming approach Manage reservations and seat guests in a timely manner Answer phone calls in a timely manner and assist to book new reservations or group tastings Describe wines and the history of the winery, answer visitor questions Assist in running drinks and food, clearing and resetting tables Assist with daily and weekly cleaning and environment upkeep Assist with display and stocking shelves Assist to operate the retail purchase area Perform other duties as requested by management Working Conditions: Hours and shifts may vary. * Occupational First Aid Level 1 considered an asset, but is not required
