Del Dotto Vineyards is an Ultra-Premium family-owned winery with locations in Napa and St. Helena. We are currently recruiting highly motivated, energetic people to work in our tasting rooms.
We are looking for full- or part-time tasting room personnel to work in all our fast paced, exciting wineries. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work as Wine Educator/Sales Associate for our winery and caves; and educate customers on our wines, winemaking methods, and our philosophy. Candidates will be trained to work behind the tasting bar, ring in sales and greet our customers.
The ideal candidates must be at least 21 years old, be able to lift and move up to 45 pounds and be able to stand for long periods of time. Candidates must have a passion for and knowledge of wine and be able to work weekends and holidays. High energy and excellent communication skills are a must. Prior experience with POS systems and computer literacy preferred. Candidates must be able to multi-task, be a team player and love people.
Skills:
Sales experience in a luxury winery environment preferred.
POS and computer literate.
Accurately open and close the cash drawers each day.
General knowledge of winemaking preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evening events.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Willingness to learn about our wines and philosophy.
