Requirements
• HS Diploma or equivalent• Minimum 3-4 years restaurant operations experience• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays• Valid DL in good standing and access to private transportation• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Working knowledge of cost of goods sales• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
