This is your opportunity to join the Fence industry leader! Master Halco , one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of fencing products is seeking a Welder to work at our branch.

The Welder's responsibilities include:
Prepare, cut pipe sections using table or jig saw, then setup lay-up sections
Weld pipe using MIG/ARC welding equipment and techniques. Complete projects using manufacturing work orders and/or verbal instructions Locate materials to complete project This is a very exciting time to join our company. Eligible for a wage progression plan with pay increases of 50 Cents every 6 months over a 3 year period. Monday through Friday schedule, day shift A competitive health care plan typically effective after 31st day of employment

Uses verbal or written instruction from work orders and collects materials for processing Cuts pipe using pipe cutting equipment Lays out pipe sections on a jig or table and welds with MIG/ARC welding equipment and techniques, applies cold galvanizing solution to protect welds Performs visual inspection on completed work ensuring quality Maintains a clean and safe work area Performs other warehouse and gate fabrication duties as required 2-3 years welding experience with MIG, ARC
Experience working with hand tools Able to lift/move heavy materials (up to 75lbs) Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions Ability to perform own layouts using jigs Ability to work around heat and chemicals Must be able to work overtime as needed
