Position – Welder
Job Location – Ixonia, WI
Starting Date – Immediate, 6/14/2021
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:00am – 3:00pm)
Starting Pay – $$32-$38/hr Depending on Experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As a welder, you are responsible following instructions to assemble products. You must be detail oriented and mechanically inclined.
Responsibilities
Track progress in ERP software
Read engineering documents such as prints, routing, and process instructions to weld carbon, stainless, aluminum, and other alloys
Assemble part using proper tools/techniques/fixtures
Proper handling of measurement tools and completing inspection reports
Attention to Weld QA (finishes, distortion, etc)
Forward welded parts to next operation
Fill out scrap report
Maintain all equipment in good operating condition
Keep work area neat at all times
Safely perform all responsibilities and in adherence to company policy
Qualifications
Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing
Attention to detail
Computer knowledge
Ability to use inspection tools
Proficient with in position (benchtop) and turntable welding
Ability to set up MIG and TIG preferable
Walk and stand for entire shift
Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted
