Weekend Production Supervisor Direct Hire Detroit Lakes, MN $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Thu - Sat 6:00am - 6:30pm Kelly is seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Production Supervisor to join our client in Detroit Lakes, MN on a direct hire basis. As the Weekend Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring products are built and shipped per schedule and established standards of work. You will provide positive staff leadership and maintain accountability on the production floor.
Responsibilities: Organize and monitor daily activities for assigned personnel, ensuring products are built and shipped per schedule.
Exhibit positive leadership and foster support for corporate unity within the department.
Collaborate with other departments, shifts, supervisors, and assembly personnel to meet production objectives.
Train and coach employees, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established standards.
Address any production issues or challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications: Previous experience leading a team and demonstrating effective communication skills.
Experience in training and coaching employees for optimal performance.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize effectively.
High school diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
