Dispatcher/Courier needed for 2nd shift. Great for College Students, anyone looking for evening work. Hours & Schedule - 3pm to 11pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday OUR COMPANY: Direct Express primarily specializes in the transportation and last mile delivery of healthcare products for the Hospital / Medical Industry. We offer Scheduled Same Day Service throughout North Carolina.
JOB SUMMARY: Answering client calls, planning and scheduling pick-ups
Communicating with operations and responding to customer inquiries/complaints.
Evening dispatcher pick-ups and ensures timely delivery to lab/hospital.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Excellent Customer Service and communication skills Valid Drivers license with clean driving record Excellent computer and data entry skills Skilled with Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well organized and must be able to prioritize Ability to maintain confidentiality Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements; weekends Must pass criminal background screen and drug screen, vaccinations Excel and Google Map Savvy, know the area Fleet dispatching experience a plus
