Weekend Line Cook/Pizza Maker

Full job description: We are looking for an experienced Line Cook / Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, as well as a strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation. The successful candidate will be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following recipes and instructions accurately. The Line Cook must also be able to work well with others and take directions well. Must-Have Open Availability

Job Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding. Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc. Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages. Keep up with the latest cooking techniques and recipes. Job Type: Full-time / Part-Time. Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Shift: 5-to-8-hour shift. Evening and Weekend shift. Weekly day range: Weekends. Monday to Friday.

Ability to work consistently and a willingness to learn! Details: Consistently uses/promotes safe and sanitary food handling practices.  Efficiently prepares pizzas per customer order.  Assists with operating all kitchen equipment, maintaining the kitchen, assist with cooking other menu items and food item packaging.  Experience with inventory tracking and control is a plus. Supervisory experience is a plus. Punctual, responsible and reliable transportation. Shift : Part-Time. Availabilit y: Days, Nights, and Weekends. Pay : $15.00-$17.00.
