Purpose: The candidate will serve as a Webinar Host/Moderator, responsible for overseeing online webinar training sessions including interaction with subject matter experts, managing session logistics like opening and closing sessions, running MP4 files, tracking attendance, and providing real-time assistance to attendees. They will also issue certificates post-session and support the team administratively.
Requirements: · Ability to facilitate multiple webinar sessions simultaneously
· Experience with running MP4 files · Proficiency in tracking attendance during webinars
· Capability to provide administrative support Preferred:
· Comfortable interacting with subject matter experts
· Familiarity with issuing certificates for webinar completion
Responsibilities: Facilitate multiple online and live webinar training sessions at one time:
Interact with subject matter experts
open/close sessions
run MP4 files
track attendance
assist online attendees real time with any questions that may arise Issue certificates to attendees after successful completion of the session Assist with various project work as needs arise
Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent
· 2+ years in customer service is preferred
· Patience, communication skills, technology knowledge
Pay Details: $17.00 to $17.50 per hour
