Position Responsibilities Webflow Design: Utilize the Webflow platform to create visually stunning and responsive websites that align with project goals and client specifications.Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including developers, content creators, and project managers, to understand project requirements and objectives.User Experience (UX) Design: Incorporate UX best practices to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.Responsive Design: Ensure that websites are responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.Create and optimize graphics, images, and other visual elements for use on websites.Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update and maintain existing websites, making improvements based on user feedback and analytics.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to identify and address any design-related issues or inconsistencies.Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design.Position Requirements A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes your personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growthEmbrace the vision, mission, and core values of JAARSProven experience as a Webflow Designer or in a similar roleProficiency in using the Webflow platform to design and build websitesStrong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practicesFamiliar with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative SuiteGeneral understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementationExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistencyAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Demonstrated portfolio showcasing previous Webflow design projects
