Web Program ManagerOverview:The Web Program Manager will coordinate projects and activities related to non-IT fields such as engineering, research and development, and product roll-out. This role involves planning, directing, and integrating technical activities to achieve project goals.

Details:Pay Range: $55-62 / hour depending on experienceContract Duration: ASAP - Jun 28, 2024, with potential to extendLocation: On-site in Redmond, WA

Responsibilities:Coordinate projects, creating detailed plans to achieve goals and integrating technical activities.Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.Recruit employees, assign tasks, evaluate their work, and oversee staff competence development.Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.

Qualifications:Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.Basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.

Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.PMI or PMP certification preferred.2-4 years of experience required.

Requirements:Copy editing/documentation and editorial experience - 4+ years of experience.Data analysis - 4+ years of experience.Site operation experience - 4+ years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in website work, site operation systems, and be detail-oriented.
