SCHEDULE: MON-FRI (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
What You'll Do This position is a full-time permanent position in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets) and bingo paper.
This position will play a key role in producing high quality Bingo paper and directing the efforts of the assigned helper .
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include: Direct the effort of the helper assigned to the shift. Troubleshoot printing related problems and take corrective course of action. Maximize production output through continuous process improvement. Minimize production waste through continuous process improvement. Utilize all available process control functions that the press is equipped with. Review and adhere to production schedules and suggest efficient changes where warranted. Observe and follow job ticket instructions. Continuous training of the helper to become a future operator. Maintain a clean work environment. Able to operate computer proficiently. Demonstrate working in a smart and safe manner. Accurately complete work center time sheets by shift end. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED Associates degree preferred or technical training in specific area 2 to 5 years' experience in area of responsibility Ability to read and follow printed instructions Ability to direct subordinates, if applicable Moderate to advanced computer skills Ability to work well under minimal supervision Ability to direct subordinates and/or crew, if applicable Troubleshooting abilities Ability to objectively review information pertinent to position Effective in time management Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner within a fast paced environment Ability to apply strong attention to detail and produce work with accuracy Ability to work independently and self-direct work, and in a team oriented environment Aptitude to learn new computer software Ability to prioritize workflow, maintain schedules and follow up to meet deadlines Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
