Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and passionate Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Oshkosh in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong project management and creativity skills.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in customer service approaches and messaging- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values in all interactions with customers- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall success of the customer service team
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Creative thinker with the ability to problem solve and think outside the box- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
