Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

United Technologies is seeking a motivated and resilient Web Chat Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently- Utilize strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain a high level of cooperation with colleagues and supervisors- Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer interactions- Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
