Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Web Chat Representative to join our team at Freeport-McMoRan in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our online chat platform to provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products or services- Provide accurate information and guidance on company policies and procedures- Promote products and services through persuasive communication techniques- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records- Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by management- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field- Strong communication skills with a focus on persuasion- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Driven and resilient personality traits- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills- High school diploma or equivalent required
