GitLab is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:- Interact with customers via web chat to provide support and assistance- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a high level of customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management
Requirements:- Energetic and resourceful personality traits- Attention to detail and strong research skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
