Job Description:Fannie Mae is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Austin, Texas. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the field of web chat support.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer concerns and issues with a high level of accuracy and efficiency- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized and attentive service- Collaborate with team members to optimize chat workflows and improve customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or related field preferred- Energetic personality with the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other communication tools- High school diploma or equivalent required
