Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Officer to join our team at Marsh & McLennan in San Francisco, California. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through online chat platforms. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Engage with clients in real-time through web chat to address their inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.- Utilize your research and planning skills to gather information and find answers to clients' questions.- Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and follow up on client concerns.- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions with clients.- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Driven and resourceful personality traits are a must.- Proven research and planning skills.- Experience with web chat platforms and customer relationship management systems.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
